Field of Dreams Learning Center
The Field of Dreams Equine Learning Center is a private, family oriented facility that offers stall and field board.
Our facilities:
Located in Keymar, this picturesque farm sits on 32 acres overlooking the scenic Monocacy River. A family operation, the property is part of the farm that Sarah grew up on. When making hay or growing other crops, this part of the farm was always referred to as being “up in the field” as it was the highest point of the farm. Sarah and her family often rode horses in the field and Sarah always dreamed of having her own horse facility. Thus the name, the Field of Dreams.
BASIC STALL BOARD includes:
- 12 x 12 rubber matted stall (owner reserves right to turnout depending on weather) with group turnout, stall cleaning, one blanket change/day
- 2 x’s/day feeding with supplements as needed (specific supplements requested by horse owner will need to be provided or will be charged to board bill). Gooseberry Natural Feed is the feed of choice.
- Use of the wash stall and designated area for tack storage in tack room
- Use of round pen
- Parking for horse trailer
- Use of facility between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm or with property owner notification after hours
- Access to the trail/fields for riding purposes (dependant on footing)
- First opportunity to participate in events held on the property
Training available for:
- Round Pen work
- Reschooling
- Working with problem horses
- Improving performance in various disciplines
